Position Title: Senior Cloud Engineer
Your role
The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform services across multi-cloud environments. This role partners closely with infrastructure, network, security, development, and operations teams to deliver scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud solutions that support critical business applications and services.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud security best practices. They will lead cloud architecture initiatives, drive operational excellence, and serve as a technical subject matter expert for cloud adoption, modernization, and optimization efforts.
What you’ll do
Cloud Engineering
Design, implement, and maintain multi‑cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP
Develop cloud landing zones aligned with security, governance, and compliance standards
Support hybrid and multi‑region deployments for enterprise workloads
Evaluate and recommend cloud-native services and architectural patterns
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as:
Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation
Automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
Standardize repeatable deployment patterns and templates
Security, Governance & Compliance
Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, network security, encryption, logging)
Prior experience in global or multi‑region environments

Our Compensation Philosophy
Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range $120,000 – $140,000. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
