Requires a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in HR systems or enterprise applications. Must possess deep subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and a technical foundation in Java, PL/SQL, and Web Services.
You will serve as a senior Oracle HCM Cloud expert, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of critical HR systems that support business operations and strategy. In this role, you will act as a key advisor to both IT and business stakeholders, driving system improvements, guiding integration strategies, and ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions across the enterprise application landscape.
