Position Title: Manager, Employee Platforms – Oracle HCM

Your Role
You will serve as a senior Oracle HCM Cloud expert, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of critical HR systems that support business operations and strategy. In this role, you will act as a key advisor to both IT and business stakeholders, driving system improvements, guiding integration strategies, and ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions across the enterprise application landscape.
What you’ll do
Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation
Lead hands-on configuration and guide best practices across functional and technical setups
Own and evolve understanding of enterprise application architecture and data flows
Lead integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems
Define and drive data migration strategy, including data privacy and audit considerations
Partner with business leaders and analysts to translate requirements into scalable system solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to peers while improving delivery standards and processes
Oversee development and maintenance of functional and technical documentation
Manage escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead resolution with Oracle Support
Drive testing strategy, implementation efforts, and overall system quality and performance
What you’ll need
Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert across Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, and Position Management
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems or enterprise applications
Proven ability to lead system configuration, enhancements, and delivery initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Technical foundation in software development (Java, PL/SQL, Web Services)
Experience leading integrations and data migration efforts
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment

$115,000 – $135,000 annually
