The Portfolio Analyst oversees financial functions including forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis for leasing and development. They are responsible for tracking inventory, construction timelines, and sales and renewal forecasts within the Portfolio Management Group.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Yardi, Excel modelling, and strong communication skills are required.
