The driver is responsible for operating company vehicles to transport bicycles and replace batteries across the bikeshare system. They must also perform vehicle inspections, load and unload equipment, and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and comfort working in busy, outdoor urban environments.

Motivate is looking for seasonal Drivers to operate vehicles to transport bicycles and replace batteries for Washington DC’s bikeshare system for morning and overnight shifts, and to include both week and weekend days. Please note that schedules are subject to change as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and for business need.
