Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Site Manager to lead our Unitized Assets Category (UAC) operations. This site is a high-volume consolidation hub focused on transportation logistics and asset management. You will be responsible for the full scope of a 2-shift operation, managing a team of 30 hourly employees and a fleet of 3 DOT drivers.
Shift: Full-Time (Overseeing 2-Shift Operation)
This position is a hands-on, on-site leadership role requiring a seasoned operations professional with the experience and drive to own the full performance of a UAC consolidation and transportation logistics facility. The Site Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for safety, service, financial performance, and team development across both shifts. This role demands a proven leader who can manage the complexity of a large, diverse workforce while ensuring DOT compliance, on-time logistics execution, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Facility Profile:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
