The Service Advisor manages administrative tasks, customer reception, and rental agreements while assisting the Service Manager in daily branch operations. They are responsible for creating work orders, coordinating with suppliers, and providing status updates to customers regarding vehicle repairs.
Candidates must have at least one year of automotive or truck shop experience and a valid driver's license. Strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs are required.
At least one year of shop experience (truck or automotive)
