The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the efficient maintenance operation of a 200-unit residential community, including scheduling work orders and overseeing preventative maintenance. They also manage the maintenance staff, handle inventory, and coordinate apartment turn efforts.
Candidates must have over 3 years of apartment maintenance experience, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and EPA Universal and HVAC certifications. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required, while refrigeration knowledge and Spanish bilingualism are preferred.

Your role as Maintenance Supervisor is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Property and Regional Manager.
