The Industrial panel saw operator position is primarily responsible for operating an industrial panel saw with precision and accuracy while also performing general warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Operate an industrial panel saw to cut materials according to specifications.
Ensure all cuts are precise and meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the panel saw to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Receive, store, and organize materials within the warehouse.
Prepare and package materials for shipment as required.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist in training new employees and providing support to team members as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Experience operating an industrial panel saw or similar cutting equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret work orders or cut lists
Ability to measure accurately
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
Experience with pallet staging, banding, and loading/unloading processes.
Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting materials.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is advantageous but not required.
