The Regional Director of Operations assists in developing long and short-range planning, policies, and programs while directing manufacturing operations to meet quality and budgetary standards. They are responsible for managing department managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing major projects to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or business administration, or possess over 10 years of experience in manufacturing management. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or an entire smaller operation is required.
