The manager is responsible for processing all fixed asset transactions and reconciling the BNA system to the general ledger. They also supervise the fixed asset coordinator, project accountant, and accounting clerk.
Candidates must have a BS in Accounting or a related business field and experience with BNA or similar asset software. Proficiency in project accounting methodologies and ERP systems is required.
The Fixed Assets & Project Accounting Manager will be responsible for the processing of all fixed asset transactions via the Company's BNA fixed asset software including asset purchases, disposals, retirements, transfers, and construction in process completion transactions and transfers and the reconciliation of the BNA system to the Company's G/L. Provides supervision over the fixed asset / project coordinator. Maintain the fixed asset records in accordance with GAAP and the Company's capitalization policy. Supervises and directs all work activities for the Project Accountant and Accounting Clerk.
