The technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant production machinery and electrical systems. They must also ensure equipment is in good running order while adhering to safety practices and LOTO procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and an industrial maintenance degree or equivalent electrical apprenticeship. Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical components, PLC controls, and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems are required.
TITLE: Electric Technician A
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position will be under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensures the correct operation, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules of the office, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. This position is for a highly skilled and experienced technician that will perform tasks to install, maintain and/or repair plant production machinery such as plastic resin handling systems, co-extrusion cast film lines, pallet wrapping, thermoforming machines, and paper bag converting equipment.
