As Lead Production Technician, you lead by example, working alongside as well as coordinating Production Technicians for your shift. You play a key role in the team’s performance & upholding our high quality & safety standards.

You Will:
Coordinate daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards
Organize work assignments & breaks for Technicians throughout the shift
Work alongside the team, filling in during breaks & absences to operate production equipment in a safe manner
Provide on-the-job training to team members and tracks training completion
Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & repairs to assure optimal product production
You Have:
Ability to work 12 hour nights: 6:45pm-7:15am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing production experience
Experience providing on-the-job training & task guidance to other
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
You'll Earn:
$27/hour + $0.30 shift differential
