Lead and coordinate Production Technicians on the night shift to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities include organizing work assignments, providing training, and troubleshooting equipment to optimize production.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of manufacturing production experience. Candidates must have mechanical aptitude, experience with SAP, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift.
