The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting raw materials, performing in-process and final product inspections, and maintaining quality documentation. They also troubleshoot quality issues, participate in internal audits, and train personnel on quality standards.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least six months to one year of related experience. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required, while an Associate's degree and ASQ Certified Quality Technician certification are preferred.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school or equivalent; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in quality inspection and/or manufacturing desired.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: ASQ Certified Quality Technician is preferred.
