The technician is responsible for the deep cleaning of hotel public areas, including interior and exterior windows, roofs, and facades. They must also perform carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and maintain preventive maintenance records.
Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting and work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and roofs. A valid driver's license and knowledge of power washing and RO/DI systems are required.
Maintain the cleaning of all building’s interior & exterior windows, power washing of roofs/sidewalks & facades, carpet cleaning, floor waxing and deep cleaning of hotels public areas. Will be required to be tied off from roof to wash exteriors windows using RO/DI washing system. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Engineering.
Heavy lifting required and ability to work on ladders, lifts, and roofs.
General knowledge of technical fields, i.e., power washing, using small hand tools, operating of a carbon fiber RO/DI washing system, may require ability to drive a gas powered utility vehicle, a professional presentation, an ability to work in a team atmosphere and make independent decisions & requires excellent communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
