The Property Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the residential community, including supervising staff and managing the property budget. Key duties include overseeing leasing activities, conducting daily physical inspections, and implementing resident retention programs.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in the apartment industry and proficiency with RealPage, LRO, or One-Site. A CAM certification and a college degree are helpful but not required.
