Assist users with password resets, account access, application access requests, basic permissions issues, and onboarding/offboarding support in coordination with corporate IT processes.
Respond quickly to operationally critical issues that may affect receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, returns, or other warehouse workflows.

Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support, infrastructure, networking, systems, application, or vendor teams as appropriate.
Assist with deployment, replacement, setup, imaging, configuration, and maintenance of warehouse IT equipment.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including validating device connectivity, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, access point connectivity, switch ports, and IP configuration.
