The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including driving sales goals, managing inventory, and overseeing store expenses. They are responsible for training, supervising, and disciplining associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail grocery or merchandising experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds are required, along with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
