The Opportunity
The Program Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination, administrative and operational support services across Defence Digital Modernisation. As the operational backbone behind key program activities, you will help ensure information is accurate, processes are followed and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented.
Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen program efficiency.
Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, agendas and minutes.
Manage compliance activities and ensure documentation and processes meet business requirements.
Coordinate program change control activities, including tracking actions, approvals and updates.
Support program reporting, data calls and maintenance of program and resource management information to ensure accurate stakeholder reporting.
About You

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage positively with a range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity using reporting or workflow tools.
Demonstrated initiative, resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with changing priorities and deadlines.
A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and provide continuity support when required.
