As a Manager – you’ll power the flawless execution of Outside Plant (OSP) network builds - directly interfacing with & influencing subcontractor teams. You’ll motivate them to accomplish the important efforts that build Lumos’s fiber network – while collaborating with internal Lumos teams to build relationships with local officials & community representatives.
Hybrid Position Requires regular presence onsite at multiple jobsites in market. Successful candidates must reside within market or within 1 hour commuting distance from Pflugerville, TX. Company vehicle + Mobile phone provided. Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required.
