In assembly/test/probe environments, operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. In this role you will also check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerances as well as performs device changes and/or tool kits setup.
