Lead the end-to-end execution of Operational Technology projects supporting global engineering labs and cleanroom environments. Coordinate cross-functional alignment between GIS, Lab Operations, and Information Security to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with proven success leading complex technical projects. Preferred candidates have experience in semiconductor manufacturing, OT systems, or hold a PMP certification.
The Global Information Systems Group is dedicated to the success of Lam through providing best-in-class and innovative information system solutions and services. Together, we support users globally with data, information, and systems to achieve their business objectives.
Plans and coordinates all aspects of Operational Technology (OT) projects supporting global engineering labs and cleanroom environments. Projects include OT infrastructure deployments, lab enablement initiatives, system integrations, and OT cybersecurity programs.
Drives cross-functional alignment across GIS, Lab Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Information Security teams to define project scope, assess business impact, and ensure successful execution. Develops and manages detailed project plans including resource coordination, scheduling, risk management, change control, validation, and communication.
Ensures delivery of projects from initiation through completion on schedule and within scope, supporting reliable lab operations and advancing OT roadmap priorities across global sites.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
