The Team Leader provides clinical supervision and manages day-to-day operations for mobile crisis and outreach programs. Responsibilities include fiscal oversight, budget development, and ensuring program documentation meets regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service field and a valid LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an appropriate program setting is required.
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Community Crisis Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s CCBHC Program overseeing the Mobile Crisis, Outreach & Engagement and Syracuse Crisis Intervention and Prevention Program (SCIPP).
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $8,000 depending on licensure.
Pay: $68,000 - $80,000 per year.
