The Assistant Director of Campus Ministries provides operational and ministry support for youth services, including daycare and school-age ministries. This includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with childcare licensing, and delivering Christian education programs.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license and proficiency in teaching Christian education are required.
The Assistant Director of Campus Ministries (ADCM) serves as an operational and ministry support leader within the Campus Ministries program at the College for Officer Training (CFOT). Working under the direction of the Director of Campus Ministries (DCM), the ADCM provides day-to-day support management, program execution, and operational coordination across all youth services, including daycare, afterschool care, and middle and high school ministries.
The ADCM plays a critical role in ensuring continuity, consistency, and quality in program delivery, with an emphasis on safety, staff supervision, and ministry presence. This role supports the implementation of the Campus Ministries vision by actively engaging in both operational management and hands-on ministry. In addition, the ADCM serves a secondary leader for compliance, safeguarding, and operational oversight.
Compliance and Safeguarding Support:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Able to teach Christian education.
