The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) program. This case worker will be working with people who have been homeless or unhoused.
The Caseworker will be apart of our Rapid Supported Housing team which is a 23-bed housing program for those who have been homeless or unhoused. Using a Housing First, harm-reductive, and trauma-informed approach, the program aims to meet the individual where they are, support and stabilize, and graduate to more independent living.
The Individual Caseworker should actively support the philosophy of the agency and maintain a high level of commitment to program participants and staff. Personality traits should include:
Schedule: This is a full-time position, candidates will work an 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
