The Wellness Nurse assists the Resident Care Director in managing and developing a comprehensive care program for all community residents. They also train and manage CNAs while acting as a liaison between families, physicians, and community agencies.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Massachusetts license. At least one year of experience working with elderly or Alzheimer's populations is required.

Rates start at $36 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Wellness Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with managing, directing and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents of the community. The Wellness Nurse will also assist with the training and managing of our team of CNAs and serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians and care providers.
