The Resident Care Director manages and develops comprehensive care programs for assisted living and memory care residents. They are responsible for overseeing the nursing team, conducting resident assessments, and serving as a liaison between families and healthcare providers.
Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license as an RN or LPN and have experience in a senior community environment. The role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
Annual rate starting at $100,000
