The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for performing laundry and cleaning duties in resident apartments and common areas according to a set schedule. They must also maintain equipment and work collaboratively with the team to ensure a clean and safe environment for senior residents.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Effective communication skills and a reliable, punctual work ethic are essential for this role.
