Geotab is seeking a Business Affairs Manager who will support the sales and business development teams on the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various revenue impacting contracts. As a Business Affairs Manager your key area of responsibility will be supporting the sales and business development teams on the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various revenue impacting contracts, including identifying risks and gaps based on standard operating procedures and solution offerings. You will need to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable in a flat organization, acts with high accuracy, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to read and review contract agreements appropriately, assess potential risks, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
