The Key Holder oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while mentoring team members to ensure excellent customer service. They also actively contribute to sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
COMPENSATION RATE
STARTING RATE: $15.30
HOURLY RANGE: $15.30-$16.23
