The Assistant Store Manager supports the management team in daily operations, team leadership, and driving store performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, executing visual merchandising standards, and coaching staff to meet sales goals.
Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead a team in a retail environment. Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership is preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays is required.

HOURLY RANGE: $20.60 - $21.85
