Job Summary

Support the operations team with ticketing processing, sales coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring everything flows efficiently behind the scenes. As Operations Assistant, you will be an essential part of day-to-day fulfilment and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our customers

Key Responsibilities

• Process and send ticket orders across multiple ticketing platforms and different ticket types, ensuring every customer receives their tickets accurately and on time.
• Retrieve tickets from a range of multiple ticketing and resale platforms with efficiency and precision.
• Collaborate with customer service and event teams to investigate and resolve order-related issues, keeping customer experience front of mind.
• Take ownership of day-to-day issues, resolving minor problems independently and escalating findings and actions to Team Leaders.
• Stay ahead of the calendar – proactively identify upcoming events that require priority attention and take action before issues arise.
• Keep communication clear and consistent with your Team Leader and the broader operations team.
• Support the smooth running of the wider team through ad hoc administrative tasks, including inventory tracking and report generation.
