Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Automation Executive supports the execution and optimisation of Embed's digital marketing initiatives across marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, SEO, website management and reporting.

Working closely with the Global Digital Marketing Automation Manager and the wider Marketing team, this role is responsible for executing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, supporting website updates, improving data quality and ensuring marketing operations run efficiently. The successful candidate will enjoy working across both creative and technical projects, have strong attention to detail and be passionate about using technology and AI to improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Execute and maintain marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot and NetSuite CRM.
• Build, test and troubleshoot workflows, forms, landing pages and email automations.
• Support lead lifecycle management, audience segmentation and database hygiene.
• Ensure marketing data remains accurate and synchronised across platforms.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve automation processes and operational efficiency

Email Marketing

• Build, schedule and deploy marketing emails, newsletters and nurture campaigns.
• Manage campaign lists and audience segmentation.
• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key metrics.
  

SEO & Content Support

• Support the Content & Copywriting Manager with research, content planning and copy refinement across digital marketing initiatives.
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate research and first-draft content development while maintaining editorial quality.
• Support ongoing SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation and internal linking.
• Assist with backlink outreach and other activities to improve search visibility.
• Partner with the content and copywriting team to create, optimise and publish digital content.
• Help maintain content quality and SEO performance across digital properties

Website Management

• Publish and maintain website content, landing pages and product updates.
• Perform website quality assurance (QA) testing before content goes live.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support website enhancements and ongoing improvements.
  
• Ensure website content follows SEO and brand best practices

Reporting & Analytics

• Help to prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
• Support the redevelopment and ongoing maintenance of marketing dashboards.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to support business initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

AI & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to improve productivity and streamline marketing workflows.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, automation technologies and AI capabilities.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and campaign performance

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation. Candidates with strong aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and CRM systems (NetSuite experience is advantageous).
• Working knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and digital marketing analytics.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
• Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can crop up
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work on occasion before/after official office hours to follow U.S. time zones
