We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for organized and detail-oriented professionals who enjoy providing administrative and operational support while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between customers and internal departments. Your contributions will help our Sales team deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submittals
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales and marketing activities
Monitor and secure weekly reports from Sales Engineers
Maintain and update records related to Sales Department KPIs
Process transportation liquidations and reimbursements for sales-related activities
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns when Sales Engineers are unavailable
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for sales documents and records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
Deliver quality outputs and meet agreed service levels for internal and external customers
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
At least two (2) years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, customer service, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using ERP systems is an advantage
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
