AudioCodes is currently looking for a Technical Service Engineer (Voice & UC Engineer) to support and maintain enterprise voice and Microsoft Teams telephony environments for a strategic customer in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of mission-critical voice infrastructure while delivering technical excellence across deployment, operations, and support.

Your mission
We are looking for a skilled Technical Service Engineer (Voice & UC Engineer) to support and maintain enterprise voice and telecommunications environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of voice infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams Telephony, SBCs, gateways, and related communication systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to deliver reliable communication services while adhering to security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise voice and telecommunications systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and administration of voice infrastructure, including SBCs, gateways, IP phones, and Microsoft Teams Telephony environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice-related incidents, service requests, and system outages in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Analyze SIP signaling, logs, and call flows to identify and resolve voice service issues.
- Execute software deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
- Administer software licensing, monitor usage, and ensure organizational compliance with vendor agreements.
- Provide technical support and white-glove service to executive stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, vendors, and external partners to establish secure and reliable telecommunications connectivity.
- Support remote offices and project deployments by providing remote troubleshooting and technical assistance as required.
- Follow change management procedures and implement security best practices to protect communication systems and sensitive information.
- Monitor infrastructure alarms and proactively address issues to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, or Telecommunications environments.
- Strong expertise in SIP protocols, call flows, and troubleshooting using SIP traces and logs.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting:
- AudioCodes SBCs and Mediant Gateways
- AudioCodes Routing Manager
- IP Phones and Voice Devices
- Microsoft Teams Telephony
- Experience administering Microsoft Teams through the Teams Admin Center.
- Experience with automation and provisioning using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools.
- Solid understanding of voice infrastructure security, change management, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting enterprise Unified Communications (UC) environments.
- Experience supporting global telecommunications infrastructures.
- Experience working with additional enterprise voice and telecommunications platforms.
