The role is responsible for owning daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reporting, reconciliations, and the preparation of audit-ready working papers. It also involves consolidating financial statements across multiple entities and monitoring regulatory and tax compliance.
Candidates must have a degree in Finance or Accounting with 1-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit. Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail are required, while a CPA license or SAP experience is preferred.

We are looking for an exceptional Finance Associate who will focus on our accounting-related activities, processes, and projects. This role will own core reporting, reconciliations, and controls across multiple entities, and expected to connect the detail to the bigger picture, along with flagging issues, driving resolution, and coordinating across teams. This is not a support role; it's an ownership one. With this, you will work directly with Finance Managers and have exposure to work with the Finance Director and VP of Finance, supporting ad hoc analysis, process improvements, and key finance projects.
