If you have a strong background in process analysis, system design, and project delivery especially within the banking or financial services sector we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do 1. Lead business requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design 2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation 3. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (MIS) to drive system enhancements 4. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process training 5. Act as Product Owner in Agile teams and support strategic initiatives 6. Champion innovation and continuous process improvement across departments
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field - At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services - Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development - Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement - Tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, databases, APIs, and flowchart/wireframe tools
Nice to Have - Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement - Experience with RBACK frameworks, loan systems, and accounting platforms - Existing relationships with financial solution providers
