The Insights Analyst supports the Concentrix VOC Analytics team in delivering actionable, data‑driven insights that help businesses make informed decisions across the customer lifecycle. Leveraging multiple research methodologies and advanced analytics, the role focuses on capturing and analyzing the voice of the customer for leading brands across diverse industries. Working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, the Insights Analyst contributes to end‑to‑end client projects while building expertise in client engagement, data visualization, analytics, and customer experience design.

Insights Analyst, Research Analytics

The Concentrix VOC Analytics team specializes in providing businesses with critical answers to guide their path. Using a variety of data collection methodologies underpinned by the latest data science, our team captures the voice of the customer across the lifecycle. 

In joining the team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on voice of the customer and market research for leading companies across a number of industries. Working in a team environment, you will participate in fast-paced projects and build expertise in client management skills, data visualization and analytics, and customer experience design.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting

• Provide inputs to survey questionnaires as well as design and recommend appropriate deliverables for research programs
• Put together a report from scratch, mostly based on voice of the customer data
• Tell a cohesive story that answers business questions, including providing clear, concise, and actionable recommendations

Presenting

• Effectively communicate technical data science and analysis in a way that business owners understand
• Lead client discussions and presentation of results

Internal and External Client Management

• Function independently with minimal supervision of assigned tasks prior to completion
• Uncover and understand clients’ customer experience objectives, project requirements, and program opportunities  

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in quantitative analysis within industry (market research/voice of the customer experience)
• Knowledge of survey design and analysis
• Data visualization experience is an advantage
• Ability to integrate data from various sources into a cohesive analysis   
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels of management in a way that inspires trust and confidence
• Ability to develop good working relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external
