Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Functional Consultant and proficiency with NetSuite. A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems is required, with an accounting background being a plus.

The Functional Consultant supports senior members of the Consulting team in all aspects of implementations, specifically delivering various assigned project tasks. Supports team and individual responsibility for consistent delivery of requirements as per project schedule, budget and quality constraints.
Customer Delivery & Projects
Perform NetSuite implementation, personalization, integration and support activities as directed by more senior team members
Take ownership of the assigned project tasks and ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality constraints. Meet and exceed SLA standards
Maintain and control the Services artefacts in line with approved methodologies, standards and templates
Using a consultative approach, ensure that services delivered are of a high quality, ensuring the customer is referenceable at project completion
Escalate potential issues to relevant parties, ensuring that issues are proactively identified and resolved
Support Assistance
Where required provide direct ‘support desk’ assistance
Escalate issues as appropriate and utilise correct channels internally and with customer to ensure resolution within agreed timeframes
Product Knowledge
Demonstrates a broad understanding of NetSuite ERP foundational concepts including features and standard modules, preferences, users, roles & permissions, dashboards & reports; and common process areas eg . Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
Draws upon product knowledge to develop and present solutions
Can install and update configuration across the core modules of NetSuite
Is conversant with the installation requirements for client applications
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience as Functional Consultant •A bachelor degree in either Business, Accounting or Information Systems(recent graduate)
• An understanding of project management
• NetSuite experience required
• with Accounting Background nice to have
