The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent. They will perform daily recruitment functions such as job analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure organizational hiring goals are met.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with strong computer and communication skills.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)
Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping
Excellent in terms of their interpersonal skills
