We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. This profile requires client rapport building. 

As an Associate Director Business Development, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospects, building relationships, and generating interest in our products or services.

What will you do:

• Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases.
  

• Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
  

• Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our products or services.
  

• Pipeline Management: Update and maintain CRM records with accurate lead information and progress.
  

• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide qualified leads and support the sales process.
  

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to communicate their value to prospects effectively.
  

• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product features and updates through collaboration with internal stakeholders. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  

• Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  

• Functional and Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients across all aspects of our software, including functional and technical considerations.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, business, or a related field.
  

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  

• Sales-Driven: A passion for sales and a competitive spirit.
  

• Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges.
  

• Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the lending/NBFC industry and familiarity with software systems like Loan Management Systems, Loan Origination Systems, Collections, and CRM.
  

• Empathy: User empathy helps to understand the user and their requirements.
  

• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Sales tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets.
  

• Market Networking: Ability to build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
  

• Industry Connects: Existing connections and a professional network within the lending, NBFC, fintech, or relevant industry will be an added advantage.
  

• Professionalism & Integrity: Demonstrates honesty, politeness, and a high level of professional ethics in all interactions. Ability to communicate respectfully, maintain transparency, and build trust with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Promoter Profile

Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14+ years of working with various banks, HFCs, and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay.
