The role is responsible for managing a group of client accounts to ensure high-quality service, client retention, and revenue growth. Key duties include counseling clients on insurance lines, securing referrals, and driving the sale of additional services.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a High School diploma with 10+ years of experience in client service or claims management. Appropriate licensing and the ability to travel up to 25% are required.
The Client Service Executive is accountable for expanding existing relationships and delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts within a Branch. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
