The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new collision repair shop customers to drive revenue growth. They must also maintain existing accounts through exceptional service, monitoring order activity, and resolving customer issues to prevent churn.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a strong work ethic. Experience in sales with startups and knowledge of automobile parts and functionality are highly desired.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Representative is a key link between the company and its account base of collision repair shops in the assigned region. The objective of the Representative is to identify and sell prospective customers who can benefit from Empire's unique value proposition, and once acquired, drive profitable and recurring revenue growth through exceptional service. with existing customers by ensuring their aftermarket part needs are met in a consistent manner and the Empire organization is responsive to customer issues as they arise. In short, this role is focused on new revenue generation.
