The Quality Engineer 2 resolves customer quality issues and acts as the primary liaison between the customer and the company for production and design changes. They are responsible for performing quality audits, managing PPAP documentation, and leading cross-functional teams to implement countermeasures for defects.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. Candidates must have 2-5+ years of relevant experience and training in problem-solving methodologies and PFMEA.
