The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within the Augusta, GA territory by managing existing accounts and prospecting for new business. They must collaborate with the local branch team to provide technical solutions, ensure safety compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of relevant sales or industrial experience. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain a CDL Class B with hazmat endorsement, and the physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds.

Description
The Outside Sales Representative is accountable for profitable sales growth for the Augusta, GA area, selling Arc3’s industrial and specialty gases, welding and safety equipment and supplies, and related services that support customer operations. This role focuses on protecting and growing existing customer relationships and expanding Arc3’s market share profitably by understanding how customers operate and applying Arc3’s solutions and capabilities to improve their business.
This role requires a high level of integrity, including honest communication, responsible pricing decisions, and doing what is right for customers and Arc3. There is a commission plan with this role.
This role represents Arc3’s values of trust, responsiveness, reliability, and technical competence, and the expectations of a family-owned, independent distributor with the resources to serve customers well at scale.
