Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for 8-10 hours per day in a production environment. The role requires the ability to read basic measurements and communicate effectively while working independently to meet deadlines.

The Assembler 1 is focused on drilling and milling metal, assembling/fabricating doors and frames to specifications provided by the customer. Additional activities may include welding, use of hand tools and packing products. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual who has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency) strong work ethic/reliability and is a problem solver. A vital member of the Production Departments, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
