The Tower Operator is responsible for running and maintaining cheese towers and related equipment while ensuring operational efficiency. They must also perform sanitation duties, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Candidates must be proficient in English, possess basic computer skills, and be able to work 12-hour variable shifts including weekends and holidays. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and climbing.
