The Build Reliability Engineer partners with design and manufacturing teams to create test and inspection plans while ensuring production processes yield reliable hardware at scale. They also lead failure investigations and manage vehicle-level regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and have at least 3 years of professional experience in aerospace, design, or quality roles. Hands-on experience with hardware testing, troubleshooting, and applying lean quality principles is required.

The Build Reliability Engineer II partners closely with the design and manufacturing teams to right-size processes and controls to enable scaling the production of spacecraft hardware. Build Reliability Engineers ensure production processes yield verified, reliable hardware at rate. You will flex beyond Build Reliability to support Quality, Flight Reliability, and Mission Assurance. The ideal candidate is a responsible, collaborative, process-oriented engineer with hands-on hardware design/test/manufacturing/troubleshooting experience.
