The Machine Shop Production Engineer will own the production strategy and execution for machined components from raw material receipt to final inspection. They will lead shop operations, drive process optimization, and collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering and possess extensive hands-on experience with CNC programming. A strong understanding of GD&T and AS9100 standards is required, along with the ability to work in a U.S. defense-regulated environment.
We are revolutionizing spacecraft systems and are searching for candidates passionate about hands-on engineering and advancing new technologies in space. As a Machine Shop Production Engineer, you will own the production engineering strategy and execution for machined components from receipt of raw material through final inspection. You will lead machine shop operations, documentation, capacity planning, process optimization and partner with design engineering to drive manufacturability from concept through high-rate production.
