The In-Home Sales Designer meets with clients to assess their space, create custom cabinetry designs, and manage the project from initial consultation through installation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. While formal interior design experience is not required, the role demands an eye for design, the ability to measure spaces accurately, and comfort with learning new software.

We are looking for motivated, personable, and creative In-Home Sales Designers to join our team.
This is a unique career opportunity that combines sales, design, client consultation, and project management. You'll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, create thoughtful custom designs, guide them through the purchasing decision, and remain involved with their project from the initial consultation through installation.
As an In-Home Sales Designer, you'll meet with prospective clients in their homes and manage the client relationship from the initial consultation through the completion of their project.

This is a consultative sales position with a strong creative component. You do not need to be an experienced interior designer. We provide comprehensive training in our products, design process, professional design software, and proven sales approach.
What matters most is your ability to connect with people, listen, solve problems, stay organized, and confidently guide a client from an idea to a completed project.

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, furniture, design, project management, or in-home sales is a plus, but not required.
