We are seeking a hands-on AI Product Manager to build the product foundation where AI agents and human teams work seamlessly together to deliver superior customer outcomes. In this role, you will take ownership of core platform capabilities end-to-end—from customer discovery and hands-on AI prototyping to product launch, evaluation, and continuous optimization. You will bridge cutting-edge LLMs and agentic workflows with enterprise needs, defining how the future of AI-driven customer experience software operates in production.
This is a fully remote role where you'll work together with cross-functional teams across the globe.
You are an autonomous, hands-on product leader who excels at turning rapid advances in AI into reliable enterprise products. You pair sharp technical fluency and prototyping skills with the organizational maturity to navigate cross-functional complexities and drive consensus across diverse teams.
